Need a Vaccine–Only Appointment? Schedule a Special Flu Shot Event Appointment

All flu/COVID vaccinations are done on a scheduled basis: no walk-in availability is offered at this time. We have partnered with Homeland Health Specialists to provide expanded access to COVID & Flu shots; they will require that you provide your insurance as part of scheduling; please have your insurance card available. Currently, all vaccine events are being hosted in our Edina location.

1. You will be asked to enter basic info on the patient and complete a standard vaccine screening form
2. Once this is complete, you will have access to a dropdown listing all available appointments. (All in Edina currently)
3. Lastly, you will be asked to input your insurance info along with a copy of the front/back of the card.

*Important* If your child has a scheduled appointment with a physician (not a lab appt only), vaccinations may be given during that appointment to you & family in attendance. In this case, do NOT use the scheduling option below.
