Flu & COVID Vaccine Information
Schedule a Flu and/or COVID Shot Appointment
We will begin offering flu & COVID vaccine events starting September 8th. You are able to register now for an immunization event now by clicking the registration link below. Once you complete the registration for the first family member you will be able to see the locations, dates & times of available appointments. You are welcome to register your entire family by repeating the process for each person.

Please note that if your child has a history of seizure they will need a lab appointment and cannot be scheduled through the process above. Please call our clinic starting September 1st and we can schedule your child a lab appointment to be immunized.
**A note on COVID vaccinations** The AAP recommends all children 6-23 months of age, and older children with any risk factors, receive a COVID vaccine.
